Episode 6: Freedom of Information

In the sixth episode of Radio Scissors, Ehsan Moghaddasi speaks about the basics of freedom of information from a sociological and technological perspectives. In addition to discussing the definition of this critical aspect of freedom of expression in the 21st Century, he addresses the peculiarities of digital and internet censorship in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Ehsan Moghaddasi
Ehsan Moghaddasi received his MA from the University of Tehran, in dramatic literature and criticism. He is now a PhD candidate in social anthropology at the Boston University focusing on "Social Movements and New Media"" from an interdisciplinary perspective.
